It is a high-quality enterprise specializing in injection mold manufacturing and injection production, with more than ten years of deep cultivation in the industry. With exquisite technical strength and a perfect service system, it has established a good industry reputation in mold research and development and plastic molding, and is also a high-quality partner of well-known 3C brands such as Asus, Logitech, and Razer.

The company has strong strength and a standardized factory covering an area of 12000 square meters. It currently has 150 employees and is equipped with a professional technical and management team, including experienced mold design engineers, NC design engineers, and mold makers. It is skilled in the design and manufacturing of complex, precision, and large molds, and has rich experience in the field of special engineering plastic molds such as encapsulation molds, two-color molds, and thread twisting molds.

In terms of production, the company has established a complete mold processing and injection molding production system, equipped with dozens of advanced processing and testing equipment. The mold workshop has a total of 30 EDM processing machines, CNC processing machines, grinding processing machines and other equipment. The injection molding workshop is equipped with 50 injection molding machines of different tonnages from 140T-500T, which can provide professional trial molding, small batch trial production and mass production services. The annual production of molds is about 500-600 sets, the monthly production of molds is 50-60 sets, and the monthly production of molded products is 90-100 sets, which can efficiently meet the production needs of various customers.

The company has a wide range of business scope, covering mold design and manufacturing of aviation seats, automotive parts, medical equipment, power tools, household appliances and other series of products. At the same time, it focuses on customized 3C digital keyboard and mouse plastic parts, and can provide one-stop services from product design, sample making to mass production, quality inspection and delivery. It has rich experience in high-performance engineering plastic injection molding processes such as PEEK and PPSU, and is also equipped with professional PVC screws and barrels, which can professionally handle PVC and acidic plastic trial molding and production.
